Privacy Policy

How we handle information in connection with our website and internal Google Ads Reporting Tool.

Last updated: August 15, 2026

Google API disclosure. Repetitive Motion Recordings’ use and transfer of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including applicable Limited Use requirements.

1. Scope

This Privacy Policy describes how Repetitive Motion Recordings handles information associated with this website and our internal Google Ads Reporting Tool. The reporting tool is restricted to authorized internal users and is not offered to clients or the general public.

2. Google Ads Reporting Tool

The reporting tool connects to the Google Ads API for read-only reporting and analysis. Authorized users authenticate through Google OAuth. The workflow uses Google’s official Google Ads MCP server hosted in our Google Cloud environment and an internal ChatGPT connection for requesting and analyzing reports.

3. Google user data we access

When an authorized user connects a Google account, the tool may request:

Google Ads information may include campaign and advertising performance data such as impressions, views, clicks, engagement, cost, conversions, campaign and ad information, audience data, geographic data, device data, placement data, and other reporting dimensions and metrics made available through the Google Ads API.

4. How we use Google user data

Information obtained through Google APIs is used only for legitimate internal business purposes connected to Repetitive Motion Recordings, including:

We do not use Google user data for advertising to unrelated users, and we do not sell, rent, or provide Google user data to data brokers.

5. Read-only functionality

The Google Ads Reporting Tool is configured for read-only reporting. It does not use Google API access to create, edit, pause, enable, delete, or otherwise modify campaigns, advertisements, bids, budgets, audiences, assets, or Google Ads account settings.

6. Service providers and processing

The reporting workflow relies on service providers necessary to operate the tool, including Google and OpenAI. Google Cloud infrastructure hosts the Google Ads MCP service. ChatGPT is used by authorized internal users to request, analyze, and display Google Ads reporting information.

These providers may process information as necessary to provide their services and are governed by their own terms and privacy practices. We do not authorize service providers to sell Google user data or use it for their own independent marketing purposes.

7. Storage and retention

The Google Ads MCP service is used as a reporting interface and is not intended to operate as a separate long-term database of Google Ads reporting responses.

Information returned through the reporting workflow may appear in authorized internal ChatGPT conversations and may be retained according to the settings and retention practices that apply to those services. Authentication and OAuth information may be processed or stored as necessary to maintain authorized connections to Google services.

We retain information only for as long as reasonably necessary for internal reporting, security, troubleshooting, operational purposes, or applicable legal obligations.

8. Sharing and disclosure

We do not sell Google user data. We do not disclose Google user data to third parties for independent advertising, data brokerage, or resale.

Information may be processed by service providers required to operate the reporting workflow, or disclosed when reasonably necessary to comply with applicable law, legal process, or legitimate security requirements.

9. Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards designed to protect information accessed through the reporting tool from unauthorized access, misuse, loss, alteration, or disclosure. Access to the reporting tool is restricted to authorized users and requires authenticated access.

10. Revoking Google account access

An authorized user can revoke the application’s access to their Google Account through their Google Account third-party connections and security settings. Revoking authorization may prevent the Google Ads Reporting Tool from retrieving Google Ads information associated with that account.

Google provides account controls at Google Account third-party connections.

11. Website data

This website is currently a static informational site. It does not provide public account registration or collect personal information through web forms. Standard hosting infrastructure may process basic technical request information, such as IP address, browser information, and timestamps, for delivery, reliability, and security purposes.

12. Children

The website and internal reporting tool are not directed to children and are not intended for use by anyone under 13.

13. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy when our services, technology, legal obligations, or data practices change. The date at the top of this page identifies the most recent revision.
