Repetitive Motion Recordings

Terms of Service

Terms governing use of this website and the internal Google Ads Reporting Tool.

Last updated: August 15, 2026

1. Scope

These Terms of Service apply to the Repetitive Motion Recordings website and the internal Google Ads Reporting Tool operated for authorized internal business use.

2. Google Ads Reporting Tool

The Google Ads Reporting Tool is an internal business tool used to retrieve and analyze reporting information associated with authorized Google Ads accounts. The tool is provided for reporting, analysis, troubleshooting, and informational purposes.

3. Authorized use

Access to the reporting tool is limited to users authorized by Repetitive Motion Recordings. Users may access only Google Ads accounts and information for which they have valid authorization.

Users must not attempt to circumvent authentication, access unauthorized accounts or information, interfere with the operation or security of the service, or use the tool for unlawful purposes.

4. Read-only operation

The reporting tool is configured for read-only use. It does not create, edit, pause, enable, delete, or otherwise modify Google Ads campaigns, advertisements, bids, budgets, audiences, assets, or account settings.

5. Third-party services

The reporting workflow relies on third-party services, including Google Ads, the Google Ads API, Google Cloud, Google OAuth, Google’s official Google Ads MCP server, and ChatGPT. Use of those services may also be governed by the applicable terms and policies of their respective providers.

Repetitive Motion Recordings does not control the availability or operation of third-party services and cannot guarantee uninterrupted access to them.

6. No guarantee of accuracy or availability

Advertising reports and analyses are based on information available from Google Ads and related services when a request is made. Data may be delayed, incomplete, revised, unavailable, or affected by changes made by service providers.

Authorized users should verify material advertising decisions using the appropriate source systems when necessary.

7. Intellectual property

Unless otherwise stated, the Repetitive Motion name, branding, website content, and original materials associated with this service are owned by or licensed to Repetitive Motion Recordings.

Google, Google Ads, Google Cloud, and related names and trademarks are the property of Google LLC. ChatGPT and OpenAI marks are the property of OpenAI. Use of these names describes the services used by the reporting workflow and does not imply sponsorship or endorsement.

8. Privacy

Use of the Google Ads Reporting Tool is also subject to our Privacy Policy, which explains how information accessed through Google APIs and related services is handled.

9. Changes

We may modify, suspend, discontinue, or update the reporting tool or these Terms as our internal systems, service-provider requirements, and business needs change.
